Orders placed before 1 pm weekdays normally ship the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm weekdays normally ship the next business day. If you order samples, please allow an extra day. We hand-make the samples so those orders take a little more time to fulfill.
Orders usually ship by US Postal Service within the United States. Typical delivery time for US First Class Mail is 3-5 business days, depending on how close you are to California (where White Rabbit is located). Heavy orders may ship by FEDEX Ground.
All orders to Canada go by US Air Mail. Typical delivery time is 8-12 business days.
We do not pay for customs charges that Canada may assess. Those are the responsibility of the customer.
FREE ground shipping for makeup orders: All makeup-only orders ship FREE by First Class Mail within the USA and Canada. No minimum order is required for this free shipping, but the order cannot be just for samples. Free shipping does not apply to sample-only orders.
LOW shipping for other orders: Within the US, orders that include skin care, hair care, nail care have a low shipping rate of $3.00 for orders less than 1 pound; and $4.75 for orders weighing 1 pound or more. Orders that are for only makeup samples have a flat shipping rate of $3.00.
For orders shipped to Canada, the shipping rate for orders with these items depends on weight: $4.95 for orders up to 1 pound; $7.95 for orders between 1 and 2 pounds; $10.95 for orders between 2 and 3 pounds; and $13.95 for orders heavier than 3 pounds. Orders that are for only makeup samples have a flat shipping rate of $3.00.
Priority Air Mail: For orders shipped within the US, you can choose 2-3 day US Priority Air Mail for faster service. The rate is $4.95 - $8.35, depending on weight.
Overnight delivery: If you need overnight delivery, please place your order by phone at 1-888-312-3266 tollfree. We can then quote you the shipping rate, which depends on the weight and the destination. We ship overnight by US Express Mail with tracking service.
At this time, we accept orders only from the US and Canada and ship only to destinations in those countries.
