If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, you may return it for a refund of the original item cost or an exchange within 30 days of the ship date. The only exceptions are samples and closeout items, which may not be returned.
To ship your return back to White Rabbit, we recommend US First Class Mail for items where the total package weight is 13 oz or less, and US Priority Mail for items heavier than this. These are almost always the cheapest options. To keep package weight low, use a padded mailer if possible (most makeup can go in a padded mailer). The US Post Office requires all packages over 13 ounces to go by Priority Mail. You can usually get free Priority Mail boxes from your local post office. If your package is over 2 pounds, look into using a Medium Flat Rate Priority Mail box. It may be your most cost-effective option if you live East of the Rockies.
For Canadian orders, the lowest cost option is usually the Canada Post Small Packets Ground rate.

We will refund the original item cost within 3 business days after we receive your return. We do not refund the original or return shipping.
For exchanges, we normally ship the exchange item within one business day. If the exchanged item is makeup, we pick up the shipping cost to send you the exchange. For non-makeup items, please contact us at 888-312-3266 to get the estimated shipping cost for the exchange.
