it as moisturizer and go to bed. Great stuff." Sure enough, there are great moisturizing ingredients in this, and since it's a plant-oil-based cleanser, no detergent or soap to worry about leaving on your face. The plant oils themselves are good moisturizers.

The Mayo Clinic recommends "unscented products with sarcosinates, sulfosuccinates and cocoamphodiacetates" (see the Mayo Clinic web site article titled "Dry Skin" at www.mayoclinic.com). This simple, extremely gentle, and effective formula uses sodium sarcosinate. A thin gel that lathers up moderately and leaves skin clean and soft. This is a Holy Grail cleanser. It's listed for use as a shampoo, too, but it doesn't lather much as a shampoo. No added fragrance.
