If you remember why White Rabbit didn't carry this previously, you are probably wondering why we now do. We didn't carry it previously because it listed comfrey extract as an ingredient, and one component of comfrey that can be present in comfrey extract is toxic to the liver and can be absorbed through the skin. We weren't able to determine whether that component was present in the extract and so we didn't feel we could carry the product. Also, Canada bans the import of products containing comfrey extract without proof that the toxic component isn't present, so we would have had to exclude our Canadian customers from purchasing it. We are happy to find that the new ingredient list clarifies that the comfrey extract is allantoin, and allantoin is fine. In fact, allantoin is more than fine, it's very good! In Canada, too!

This has true full spectrum UVA/UVB protection. Also, a zinc oxide sunscreen is often the best option for people with sensitive skin - it's what's used to soothe diaper rash, remember! Devita's Body Block is similar to Devita's Daily Solar Protective Moisturizer, but is a lotion formulation instead of a cream. Can be used for the face, too. The ingredients rank low to average on the comedogenic scale (low is good in this scale), with most ranking low. No added fragrance, but does have essential oils that give it a very light fragrance.
Kiss My Face - Face Factor SPF 30 for Face and Neck, 2 oz

A great sunscreen that includes peptides, alpha lipoic acid, and hyaluronic acid, too. A component of your skin used to bind moisture, hyaluronic acid is one of the best moisturizing agents. This sunscreen absorbs well and can be worn under makeup.
From the Alba material: "Renovated and improved with higher sun protection factors and enhanced natural technology for ultimate sun protection and skin care benefits. An infusion of aloe vera, chamomile, ginkgo biloba, and green tea soothes and repairs, protecting sensitive skin against the free radical damage that often results from exposure to the sun."
