Return Policy If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. The only exception is samples, which may not be returned. We cannot refund the original shipping cost, but we will pay the return shipping cost. For US orders, we send you a prepaid return shipping label with the appropriate US First Class or Priority Mail postage. For Canadian orders, we normally cannot send prepaid labels, so we reimburse you for return shipping at the Canada Post Small Packets Ground rate when we issue your refund. Please do not ship by a service that is more costly unless you have requested this and we have emailed back with approval to do so; otherwise, we can reimburse you only for the normal US First Class or Priority Mail rate or Canada Post Small Packets Ground rate.
