From the 100% Pure material: "These all natural creamy pencils are non – waxy and will not feather or bleed. They are colored with natural fruit pigments and formulated to be long lasting. Use alone as all over color to your lips or use as a lip liner to shape lips and to make lipstick last longer. If you want more shine, apply lip gloss over these creamy pencils."
