This great toner does just what a toner should: balances your skin while providing good antioxidants and moisturizers (glycerin, sodium PCA, lecithin, and sorbitol). If you have normal or oily skin and don't need a regular moisturizer, this toner can provide just the amount of light moisturizing you want.

Slightly sticky, but if you use it at night, it's not an issue. This is good for entire face, not just eyes, and back of hands, too.
